A Notary Public that will take all precautions in making certain your legal documents are notarized  with due diligence. I will literally dot my i’s and cross my t’s to making sure my customers receive the utmost error free documents when they come to me for their notarizations.  

 

I am a National Notary Association member: certified, trained, bonded and insured notary that will provide reliable, accuracy, and precision notarial services at your doorstep or at one of my local meeting location in your area.

Acceptable ID:

THE FOLLOWING IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. SERIAL NUMBER; 2. PHOTOGRAPH; 3. PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION; 4. SIGNATURE​

ALL ID’s MUST BE CURRENT WITHIN FIVE YEARS OF THE ISSUANCE DATE TO BE NOTARIZED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA 

  1. CALIFORNIA DRIVER’S LICENSE/ID

  2. US PASSPORT OR PASSPORT CARD

  3. AN INMATE IDENTIFICATION CARD (issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, if the inmate is still in prison or any form of inmate identification issued by the Sheriff’s Department, if the inmate is in custody in a local detention facility)

  • DRIVERS LICENSE OR OFFICIAL ID CARD (issued by another US state)

  • CANADIAN OR MEXICAN DRIVER’S LICENSE (must be issued by an appropriate public agency authorized to issue driver’s licenses.)

  • US MILITARY ID CARD (must contain the required info listed above)

  • A VALID FOREIGN PASSPORT FROM THE APPLICANT’S COUNTRY OF CITIZENSHIP 

  • AN EMPLOYEE ID CARD/BADGE (issued by an agency or office of the state of California, or agency or office of a city, county or city and county in California)

  • IDENTIFICATION CARD (issued by a federally recognized Tribal Government)

  • A CONSULATE ID CARD ( must contain all required information listed above)

  • OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF ONE OR TWO CREDIBLE WITNESSES​

Fees for services:

  • Acknowledgements/Jurats Certificates - $15

  • Certified Copy of Power of Attorney - $15

  • Proof of Execution by Subscribing Signer - $15

  • Copy of Journal Entry - 0.30/copy

  • Time/mileage Fee - $45+ 

    • $25 non-refundable mileage fee deposit for notaries that are cancelled at notarization site. If not, it will go toward your notary fee.

  • Will/Trust package Fee - $160

  • Drop off Fee - $25

  • Confidential Marriages (TBA 2024) Fees - $130-145

  • After hour Notary Services:

    • Monday & Tuesday only from 8pm to 10pm

      • Additional $70

      • Holiday Services (TBA) additional $90

  • United States Veterans Pensions & Retirement documents - Free of Charge
